Meet Our Founder
Senne Marketing was founded by Erica Rodrigues, a marketing strategist, creative leader, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations build stronger brands, improve communication, and achieve measurable growth.
Throughout her career, Erica has led marketing initiatives across corporate, nonprofit, financial, healthcare, education, and public sector organizations. Her expertise spans strategic marketing, branding, website design, digital advertising, social media, communications, event marketing, and business development, allowing her to develop integrated marketing solutions that deliver meaningful results.
Erica also served as Co-Chair of SCORE Worcester, where she mentored entrepreneurs and small business owners, helping them launch, grow, and strengthen their businesses. She holds an MBA from Boston University, further strengthening her expertise in business strategy, leadership, and innovation.
As the founder of Senne Marketing, Erica is passionate about building long-term client partnerships based on trust, collaboration, and measurable results. She believes successful marketing begins with understanding each client’s unique goals and developing customized strategies that help organizations grow with confidence.
